water-based printing paste: Physical Property: 1. Appearance: 1600 white paste – white cream 1600B transparent paste –milky pasty Characteristics: 1. High texture, soft and smooth feeling, high hiding place, washable, non-sticky to hand and easy over net. 2. Detection of heavy metal, Azo, PVC, Phthalates and Formaldehyde etc. is compliant with international environment requirement. Suggested Usage: 1. Overprint 2-3 times to achieve smooth printing surface and strong hiding force. 2. Add proper cross linking agent to strengthen resistance for application of nylon Lycra. 3. Better effect via heating and washing after natural drying with dryer temperature of 130-150 degreefor 2 3minutes and printing temperature of 150-180degree for 10-15 seconds.
